This Text Messaging Policy explains how Diamond Events Rentals LLC (“Diamond Events Rentals,” “we,” “us”) uses text messages (SMS) to communicate with customers. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you request a quote or reservation and provide your mobile number, we may text you about that request, including:

• Follow-ups about the quote we sent you and questions about your event
• Reservation and order confirmations
• Delivery, setup and pickup coordination
• Payment reminders for your rental
• Requests for feedback after your rental

We do not use text messages to sell or share your number with others for their marketing.

2. Your consent

By submitting a quote or reservation request on our website with your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Diamond Events Rentals at that number, as described in this policy. We keep a record of when and how you agreed. Your consent is not a condition of purchase: you can request a quote or rent from us without agreeing to texts by contacting us by phone or email instead.

3. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your request. Typically you will receive a few messages while a quote or rental is active. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (346) 426-8286 or rentals@diamondeventsrentals.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing reservation; we will continue to reach you by phone or email about it.

5. Your mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, or the consent you gave us, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it only with service providers that help us send and manage text messages for us, under confidentiality obligations, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
